Who this is
HoneyBusiness is the publishing home of Hitesh Lakhani, author of The Money Wake-Up Call, The Energy Wake-Up Call, The Relationship Wake-Up Call and The Business Wake-Up Call. If you want to ask anything about what is written here, write to hello@honeybusiness.in.
What this site does not do
It helps to say this first, because most sites do the opposite:
- There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no advertising network.
- Nothing follows you from page to page, and nothing follows you to other websites.
- Your email address is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own use.
- There are no advertising cookies.
Reading the books' free samples
You can read the free sample of any book without giving anything. If you choose to enter your email address to open the rest of a sample, that address goes to MailerLite, the service that stores the mailing list and sends the emails. It is kept so that the HoneyBusiness notes can be sent to you, and for nothing else.
The reader also keeps one small note in your own browser - a flag that says you have already given your email, so you are not asked again on your next visit, and which page sound you prefer. It stays on your device, it contains no personal information, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The emails
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked to confirm twice. MailerLite records whether an email was opened or a link clicked; that is how any mailing service works, and it is used only to see whether the writing is worth sending.
The AI assistant
This site has an AI assistant built on one of the books. If you use it, the question you type is sent to a server to be answered, and the conversation stays in your browser for that session. Do not type anything into it you would not want stored - bank details, passwords, or anything about your health or finances that identifies you. It is a reading companion, not a confidential adviser.
If you choose to pay to ask more questions, the payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay and never to this site - they are never seen, handled or stored here.
Things the pages load from elsewhere
The pages use Google Fonts for their lettering and jsDelivr for their icons. Loading a file from either of those means your internet address is visible to them, the same as visiting any website. Neither is used to identify you, and this site asks them for nothing about you.
Children
These books are written for adults and this site is not meant for children under 16. Nothing here is knowingly collected from a child.
What you can ask for
- To leave: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write and ask.
- To see what is held: write and ask, and you will be told.
- To be deleted: write and ask, and your address will be removed from the list.
Write to hello@honeybusiness.in. A real person reads it.
If this changes
If this site ever starts doing something new with your information - a new form, a new service, anything - this page changes on the same day, and the date at the top changes with it. It will not be changed quietly.
